PREPRESS CONSULTATION 

Our team of experienced graphic professionals process your job through the estimating, design (if needed), proofing and plating process to your exact specifications. Upon artwork submission, you can expect to receive a proof within 24 to 48 business hours.

OFFSET PRINTING 

In our state-of-the-art pressroom, we use Komori, Heidelberg and Hamada presses to offer a broad assortment of quality printed products with speed and precision. We apply our craft every day to deliver the finished piece you envision. DIGITAL PRINTING 

Pella Printing's advanced, four-color Indigo® digital press provides brilliant full-color output for short-run projects. The Indigo is ideal for jobs up to 13 x 19 inches on a variety of substrates, including cover weight stock up to 18-point, magnetic media, plastic cards, window clings, point-of-purchase signage and more. Take your projects to the next level with full variable data capabilities for personalization, numbering and in-line mail addressing to save time and money.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTING 

New to Pella Printing is the eight-color Acuity 1600 large format printer, providing strong color retention on a substantial amount of various media with a maximum width of 60 inches. The Acuity works well for indoor and outdoor jobs including banners, posters, window graphics, indoor floor graphics, yard signs, and foam boards. Your project will be taken care of with the utmost quality. As a bonus, we can apply gloss coating over desired areas, providing a unique and professional look to your project.

MAILING 

We understand how the postal office works and the difficult paperwork that comes with it. Once we have the product printed, it will be properly addressed using variable data capabilities, including EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail), tabbed if needed, and prepared to be sent to the post office. From there it will go straight to your customer’s mailbox. Our goal is to work with you and hopefully create less stress on

your end.

BINDERY 

Our bindery department provides quality finishing services quickly and efficiently. In-house services include: Collating (single or signature sheets); Folding (sheet sizes from letter folds to 32-page forms); Cutting; Stitching + Trimming; Die Cutting; Perforating; In-line Scoring and Microperfing; Drilling; Spiral/Comb/Tape Binding; Padding; Kit Assembly and more. We can also provide Perfect Binding; Wire-O Binding; UV Coating and other specialized finishing services.

DELIVERY 

We understand the time-sensitive nature of your printing projects. Delivery is provided by Pella delivery vehicles to specified locations, or via UPS, FedEx or other freight carriers. International delivery is available.
